SYLVESTER STALLONE AND JENNIFER FLAVIN'S DIVORCE

Sylvester Stallone, 76, and wife Jennifer Flavin, 54, came up in a heated argument when Sly obtained a new dog that resulted Jennifer to file a divorce against him after 25 years of marriage. 

The Rocky star wanted a new Rottweiler dog for protection of his family but Jennifer opposed to have another one. Despite of that, Sly still got a dog named Dwight. It is Sly's name in his new show "Tulsa King". In his Instagram, he posted videos and photos of him and Dwight with the caption, "So incredibly happy with my newly acquired four-legged friend "DWIGHT" my character name from the series, keep punching and barking." Thank you very much to Trainer and Breeder Dave Smith and his wonderful wife."

Sly was in Oklahoma shooting his show and was only shocked when he learned that Jennifer filed a divorce. Sly felt they could work out their differences.

Sly said that they are just having in a different directions but denies his 25-year marriage is ending over.

The Creed actor married Flavin in May 1997 and have three daughters named Sophia, 25, Sistine, 24, and Scarlet, 20.

FILMMAKER TIM HETHERINGTON SUDDEN DEATH IN LIBYA

It is so sad to say  when a war and brilliant filmmaker-photojournalist who have just been nominated in the OSCAR this year has been killed this morning in Misurata, Libya.

Tim Hetherington, 41, British-born filmmaker and photojournalist has been killed today in Misurata while covering the ongoing conflict in Libya when an RPG hit him along with his colleagues. The acclaimed photographer and filmmaker was also a co-director and OSCAR nominated  this year with  co-director Sebastian Junger of their award winning movie, Restrepo, a film that showed 15-month deployment of the 2nd Platoon Army Battalion  to Afghanistan.

Among of the injured were  Chris Hondros, a Getty photographer and Pulitzer Prize- nominated, who was critically wounded and pronounced dead thereafter, Guy Martin, photographer of Panos Agency also suffered serious injury and in critical condition,  Freelancer Michael Christopher Brown including hundreds of civilians and rebel fighters.

Thirty-six hours before Tim's death, he tweeted, "In besieged Libyan City of Misrata. Indiscriminate shelling by Qaddafi forces. No sign of NATO."

JACKIE CHAN IS ALIVE AND STILL KICKING

These past few days, it has been a hottest news around the globe and even became a trending topic in various social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter that famous Hong Kong  Martial Arts actor Jackie Chan have died by heart attack.

The news was totally a hoax and there was no truth about it. 

To end such news, Jackie Chan finally made a statement today that he is alive and busy for his concert. He is now actually singing live a charity song on TV to donate its proceeds to the earthquake and tsunami victims of Japan. A Hollywood reporter said, "Jackie was alive and in good health. He did not have a heart attack or die."

ELIZABETH TAYLOR'S FUNERAL AND BURIAL

Legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor was finally brought to her resting place and buried at Forest Lawn Cemetery, Los Angeles, California where her famous music legend friend, Michael Jackson was also buried. 

 

Other Hollywood celebrities were also buried in this place such as Clark Gable, Jean Harlow, W.C. Fields, Red Skelton, Gracie Allen, Walt Disney and Nat King Cole.

A brief private service of the family were held and the funeral started 15 minutes late in observance of the actress parting wish. The actress left an instructions that the start of the funeral will be late. 

The service began with poetry readings by actor Colin Farrell and the actress family members  where her grandson did the trumpet performance of Amazing Grace.

News networks documented the service where news helicopters swirled overhead. Students of the nearby school went out from the class to also observe the service.

A fan and character actress who lives nearby visited the cemetery with a friend to pay their respects to the actress and said, "I admired Elizabeth Taylor enormously and feel heartsick losing her, especially with all of her charitable works."

Elizabeth Taylor was married eight times  and converted herself to Judaism before her 1959 wedding to Eddie Fisher. Jewish customs call for a burial of their deaths within 48 hours.

The legendary actress underwent to 20 major operations and nearly lost her life in 1990 due to pneumonia. In 1994 and 1995 she had replaced both of her hip joints and in February 1997, she also underwent surgery to remove a benign brain tumor and in 1983, she admitted a 35-year addiction to sleeping pills and pain killers and went to rehabilitation for drug abuse at Betty Ford Clinic, Rancho Mirage, California. 

All of these, has come to an end, and the famous legendary actress, Elizabeth Taylor was laid to rest in peace.

SHOCKING DEATH OF ELIZABETH TAYLOR SENDS ZSA ZSA GABOR TO HOSPITAL

The shocking death of Elizabeth Taylor sends  Zsa Zsa Gabor, sex symbol in the 1950's  and 1960s  to hospital caused by high blood pressure. 

 

Gabor was watching the TV news Wednesday morning  in her Los Angeles Bel Air mansion when she learned that her friend and one-time neighbor had passed away. She was inconsolable and feared that she will be next since her two friends Jane Russell and Liz Taylor had already left her.  It is their  common belief  that celebrity deaths come in threes.

Gabor, who is now 94 and also fighting of poor health where her right leg was partially amputated feared of the incident and spoke out that she will be next to pass.

John Blanchette Gabor's publicist  said  that she was taken to the hospital when her blood pressure soared but released Wednesday evening. Blanchette says, "She's not going to be the third."

ALERT: LEGENDARY ACTRESS ELIZABETH TAYLOR'S HUMORS OF HER DEMISE

Famous and legendary actress Elizabeth Taylor who will be celebrating her 79th birthday come February 27, has been hospitalized in Cedars-Sinai Medical Center, Los Angeles, CA  for congestive heart failure.

Humors are now  twirling the globe that such hospital confinement will continuously led to her death. The humors are not true however, she is stuck in her hospital bed now for monitoring. 

The family  and close friends of Oscar-winning actress appreciates the warm support of her supporters and  loyal fans but asked to respect her privacy during her difficult time and let her medical team  focus on restoring her health.

Taylor has been dealt with various health problems over the years and the humors of her demise bursts since 2004 when she was diagnosed with congestive heart failure - a condition in which the heart cannot pump enough blood to the other organs of the body. In 2009, she underwent heart surgery to replace a leaky valve. 

It was also reported that Taylor suffered benign brain tumor, skin cancer, pneumonia and  bone fracture on her back which resulted to three hip-replacement operations and to use a wheelchair for several years. She spent to rehabilitation twice in 1980 for alcohol and drug addiction. 
 

In 2006, she was allegedly gravely ill and suffering with Alzheimer disease but able to deny reports before "CNN Larry King Live Show" telling she was alive and well. 

Dame Elizabeth Rosemond Taylor  also known as Liz Taylor was born  on  February 27,  1932, in London, United Kingdom by an American parents and achieved her first stardom at the age of 12 in "National Velvet." 

She became famous of her electric blue and violet eyes, dark alluring beauty,  love of diamonds and her eight marriages, one of which was her marriage to actor Richard Burton, who married him twice.

She grew and known for her great acting talent and beauty where she appeared in more than 50 films. She was nominated five times in Oscar, who won twice and awarded as Best Actress for her roles in "Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf" in 1966 and Butterfield 8" in 1960.

She was claimed as the Most Beautiful Woman of her time and worshiped as Hollywood's most famous beauty in the 60's.

She never appeared on screen since the 2001 TV movie, "Old Broads" but still make appearances on her charitable works especially to her AIDS Foundation. Her last Hollywood movie was in 1994, a live action-comedy "The Flintstones."

Taylor is expected to attend the American Foundation for AIDS Research (amfAR) gala entry in New York on Wednesday night to receive an award for her dedication in AIDS research, however, her health condition refuses her to be there.

Since the death of Michael Jackson, last Thursday, June 25, 2009, the whole world has been mourning through all these days.

Michael whose real name is Michael Joseph Jackson  was the 7th child of the nine children of Joe and Katherine Jackson. He was born on August 29, 1958 at Gary, Indiana. His brothers were Sigmund "Jackie", Toriano "Tito", Jermaine, Marlon, Steven "Randy", and sisters Rebbie, Janet and La-Toya Jackson. He started his musical career at the age of 5 as the lead singer of Jackson 5 which was formed in 1964.

During his early childhood, he was a loner, seeking love of his family and longs a place  to call home, whose childhood having been stripped away by his driven and ambitious father, Joe Jackson. He was a lost boy, deprived of the benefits of being a child, as what other children had because in his tender age of 5, he was already with his brothers performing in the strip clubs of Gary, Indiana whom he learned that his worth was measured by the recording contracts contracted by his father.

As Michael confessed: "There is a lot of sadness in my past life. My father beat me. It was difficult to take being beaten and then going on stage. He was strict; very hard and stern. My father was a management genius. But what I really wanted was a dad."

As a teenager, Michael became painfully shy and embarrassed about his appearance after repeated taunting by his father, calling him "Big Nose". He couldn't do enough plastic surgery to escape the man he saw in the mirror who, as he matured into his 20's, began to look more and more like the father he so dreaded.

After a series of tremendous success in his musical career and after doing a Pepsi commercial of which his hair, ear and half of his face were caught by fire, he was forced to undergo on plastic surgery. It was also the beginning of transforming himself from black to white. His was transformed, so did his behavior. The man who came to be known as "Wacko Jacko" emerged.

People think they know me but they don't. Not really. Actually, I am one of the loneliest people on this earth. I cry sometimes, because it hurts. It does. To be honest, I guess you could say that it hurts to be me."

Success definitely brings on loneliness. People think you're lucky, that you have everything. They think you can go anywhere and do anything, but that's not the point. One hungers for the basic stuff," Michael confessed.

From his confessions and in respond to his long-lost quest, he bought that 2,000 acre estate and personally built his own home with complete park and amusement to fill the vacuum of what he seeks. And that's the Neverland Ranch, where he built his own mansion to live. The entire ranch was built with 22 buildings, a mansion, a zoo, movie theater, Ferris wheel, merry-go-round, bumper cars, a super slide and other amusement park rides of every kid's dream which he miss during his early childhood.

Michael's death is a reflection to everyone especially the parents. Parents sometime failed to show the essence of  love and affection which their children needs. There seems to be influenced by their own caprice and ambitions that barely affects one dream of a child to be happy.

The life of Michael was even compared to Peter Pan, the eternal boy, whose star burned brightly for a time and suddenly went into dark. Life went wrong of every children when parents are away and could not be grasp anytime when they are needed.  

From my own conviction and despite of all the accusations that people had against Michael, I believe that Michael is innocent and a victim of circumstances influenced by greediness, who,   by his own tortured mind put an end of everything and succumb his life to death.
Whatever judgments people had about him and how he lived, Michael was just a man deprived of genuine love and affection which he had missed in his entire life.

Despite of his demise, Michael is a legend and his music lives forever. He will soon be frozen in time but to our minds, he is still there remain admired.

HOWARD STERN PRINCIPAL SUSPECT OF KILLING ANNA NICOLE SMITH

Atty. Gen. Jerry Brown speaking before 14 television cameras and dozen reporters, lambasted Howard K. Stern, boyfriend of Anna Nicole Smith, as the "principal enabler" and called the recent charges against him including two doctors allegedly provided Smith a "damn serious" drug prescription causing the death of 39-year old model, Smith.

Brown said, "My hope is the message will go out: Doctors do not have a license to pump innocent and often vulnerable people full of dangerous chemicals."

He further stated that the two-year multi-agency investigation that led to charges uncovered behavior just as troubling as "street corner" drug dealers. "People in white smocks in pharmacies and with the their medical degrees are a growing threat."

Stern and Los Angeles physicians Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor are charged with conspiracy by prescribing drugs to an addict as well as other counts. Authorities contend that the doctors and Stern provided Smith thousands of addictive pills, often using phony names during the three years that leads to her death.

L.A. County Deputy District Atty. Richard Doyle said that the three will face a "theoretical maximum imprisonment of 5 to 6 years," if convicted.

Stern and Kapoor surrendered themselves at the Whittier Police Department, Thursday night and posted a bail of $20,000 for their temporary liberty while Eroshevich will turnover herself on Monday. Arraignment of their case will be scheduled on May 13 at the Superior Court, LA.

Smith was under psychiatrist treatment of Dr. Eroshevich in the final six months of her life using pseudonyms on prescription forms to ensure her privacy from a throng of media following her every move. The psychiatrist wrote prescriptions for a host of psychotropic drugs in California so she would have medical flexibility in treating Smith in the Bahamas, where she was living at the time and not all of the medication prescribed was made available to Smith.

Eroshevich "did the very best she could under some very difficult circumstances," the Attorney added.

Atty. Brown said that "the three was motivated by a desire to be close to Smith's money and "high life and that there is a certain psychic gain here to be part of the cliques of celebrity and the power."

Kapoor's lawyer, Atty. Ellyn Garofalo said that the gerontologist, whose practice includes a specialty in pain management, had done nothing wrong and was charged only because of Smith's celebrity status.

She also added that "Dr. Kapoor's treatment of Anna Nicole Smith, despite the publicity and despite the hysteria, was medically and ethically appropriate."

While Stern's lawyer would make a statement later today.

SLUMDOG CHILD ACTOR BEATEN BY FATHER

Shocking images of Oscar winning "Slumdog Millionaire" young child actor Azharuddin Mohammed received vicious beats at the hands of his father.

After walking down the red carpet in Hollywood few days ago, the ten-year-old film star was slapped and kicked by his father, Mohammed Ismael after refusing him to put on display of his trophy in front of shocked neighbors and passers by. The young tearful boy ran back inside his home, cowering and begging his father to stop as he tried to hide in a corner.

The young boy, Azharuddin, had just flown back to India from Los Angeles, where he and the other movie young stars who picked up eight Oscars.

Azharuddin had been given a school day off after his long flight and wanted to rest but his father wanted his son could be his ticket out of Mumbai's Dharavi Slum to show him off outside their home. The boy refused and said out loud causing his 45-year old father to launch his attack while Azharuddin's mother pleaded him to stop.

A stunned onlooker said: "Azharuddin's father was upset when he was asking to be left alone because he was tired. He didn't attend school today so that he could recover from his long flight from LA and simply wanted all the attention to stop. However, when Azharuddin put his foot down and said that was it and there was to be no more talking, Ismael just flipped."

The ugly scene was in stark contrast to Azharuddin's triumphant return to the slums, when his father lifted him up and paraded him like a trophy.

Hours later, Ismail, who is suffering from tuberculosis apologized his attacks and said: "I was very sorry I did what I did. "I was confused and stressed by my son's homecoming and I did not know myself for a minute. "I love my boy and I am very happy to have him home."

RIHANNA IN MEXICO: WATCH PHOTOS

After Rihanna's altercation with his boyfriend, Chirs Brown which resulted to a buttered face that landed her in the hospital, Rihanna was seen in Mexico spending her short vacation with her closest friends after the incident took place just before the Grammy Awards. 

Rihanna stayed in a private oceanfort villa in Punta Mita, Mexico in honor of her 21st birthday. The bruises and the buttered face leaves no visible remark after she was medically treated from the injuries she suffered inflicted by Brown.

Brown remained in seclusion waiting for his next appearance in Court while the LA Police detectives are still gathering more evidence of the criminal offense charged against him.
