Anytime from now, the result of 2010 Philippine Bar Examinations will be released. It is just few months to remember after the four Sundays of September last year, where the last Sunday had been horrified by a blast that left 50 people injured.
The violent attacked during the culmination of the 2010 Philippine Bar Examination recommends improved security protocol for future Bar Examinations to prevent the occurrence of similar violent incidents.
And just last month, January 18, 2011, B.M. (Bar Matter) No. 2265 Otherwise known as the Reforms in the 2011 Bar Examinations has been effected where the examinations shall apply Multiple Choice Questions and Essay-type.
After the 2011 Philippine Bar Examinations, future Chairpersons of the Bar Examination are directed to study the feasibility of (a) Holding in the interest and economy bar examinations simultaneously in Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao; and (b) Allowing those who pass the MCQ examinations but fail the essay-type examinations to take removal examinations in the immediately following year.

The effected Bar Matter moved the date of the 2011 Bar Examinations from September to November 2011 and the filing of Petitions to take the examinations shall be on July 1, 2011 to August 15, 2011.
