At the time of Michael Jackson's death, Thursday, June 25, 2009, Dr. Conrad Murray, his personal physician was with him and the last person who called 911 when Michael was no longer breathing however, failed to disclose his name during his call.
As a Doctor of Medicine by profession and a long time personal physician of Michael, he definitely knows the health status of his patient whether seriously ill or not; if his patient could take prolong medication and prescription of prohibited drugs. A physician of good standing would always and by all means let his patient survive from a horrible disease.
The tracked prescriptions of continuous medication of prohibited drugs to Michael were proven to have been a practice of Michael's doctors which was also happened to Nicole Smith's case.
During Michael's death, law enforcers and investigators found serious sedative in his rented mansion in Los Angeles, California. The powerful sedative "Propofol" also known as Diprivan" was among the several narcotics taken by Michael which sedative is strictly prohibited for home use and only Anesthesiologists are allowed to possess. Diprivan is another kind of anesthesia that when dispensed to any person without an Anesthesiologist it would tantamount to cardiac arrest. The 50-year old Jackson had been consuming painkillers, sedatives and antidepressants which was the caused of his untimely death.
The Federal Drug Enforcement Administration and California Attorney General Gerry Brown together with the Los Angeles Police are working hand-in-hand to possibly involve and hold responsible those who prescribed and dispensed these narcotics and sedatives to Michael by dispensing it under various names of patient and doctors and by also using with different aliases in order to obtain the drugs.
So sad to realize that fame is always entangled with its surrounding greedy opportune with personal interests to enrich themselves.

As a former EMT, I believe Dr. Murray was grossly negligent in not calling 911 IMMEDIATELY. He stated there was a faint pulse. A paramedic ambulance would have arrived in minutes with Advanced Life Support equipment. Dr. Murray had no equipment. He couldn't even do CPR properly. Did Dr. Murray think he was going to drive Michael to the hospital? He states there was no phone, but he had a cell phone. He claimed he didn't know the address. Every cop in Holmby Hills KNOWS where Michael Jackson LIVES. Dr. Murray, in not calling for help right away, ROBBED MJ of a "CHANCE" at survival.
Hi smoothjazzguy, thanks for the comment, it is much appreciated. Yes, I definitely agree with you that Dr. Murray was grossly negligent not only in immediately calling 911 but in exercising his profession as a Medical Practitioner. He should exercise his profession as a good father of the family to save the life of Michael.
